Hyatt Place Richmond/Innsbrook

“I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Richmond/Innsbrook for 2 nights for work. This hotel was very clean both in the lobby and hallway areas as well as my room, and cleanliness is what I value most when staying in a hotel. Especially in comparison to their sketchy nextdoor neighbor (the Hilton Garden Inn) where I stayed at a couple of weeks ago, Hyatt Place was extremely clean! Additionally, all staff members I interacted with were very friendly and always made sure to say hello, good morning, etc. The continental breakfast was well-stocked at all times, had a lot of options, and was very tasty. My room was spacious and again was very clean! The bathroom was very clean as well. A big plus for me was that the shower had sliding glass doors, which I always prefer over a shower curtain! Another plus is that, unlike most hotel rooms, the desk was NOT directly in front of the air conditioner! Overall, good location (lots of restaurant options, close to the highway and convenient if working in the office parks on Cox Rd), generally pretty quiet both in and around the hotel, and lots of parking spots to choose from. Highly recommend for solo travelers and those traveling for business. I plan to stay here again when I’m in the area in the future!”

“Wife and I stayed here for 2 nights, great hotel! Vibe was modern and fun, very clean place. They had a lobby bar with exclusive local beers that only this hotel chain has to offer. Breakfast area was great add to our trip, we had a breakfast scramble bowl both mornings. Bed and pillows were comfy. Will definitely stay here again! Chris at the front desk always made us feel welcome. Also located very close to a TON of restaurants and Short Pump Town center, short drive or even walk to some local spots.”

“I have stayed here for the first time and after my first experience of clean rooms readily service and accommodations I have extended my stay a few times. Each and every time the service has been great the staff have been very attentive and pleasant at every turn. Rooms are clean serviced every other day and smells very nice in the hallways, not that old hotel smell or even motel. I love the complimentary breakfast, water, and fruit that you get with your stay. I also have to shout your staff Ms. Deedra she is always quick to help and very observant to my needs. Excellent hotel stay 5 stars ⭐ across the board.”
